PREOS Global Office Real Estate & Technology AG informs about voting without a meeting

Frankfurt am Main, July 31, 2023, 3:36 p.m. - PREOS Global Office Real Estate & Technology AG ("PREOS", ISIN DE000A2LQ850) announces that in the vote without a meeting for the PREOS 7.5% convertible bond 2019 /2024 (ISIN: DE000A254NA6) the necessary majorities for the adoption of all agenda items were not achieved. A result of around 73% of the participating votes was achieved for all agenda items, at least 75% would have been necessary. The counter-motion of the SdK Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger e.V. did not receive the required simple majority and was rejected. A total of around 87.5% of the outstanding bonds took part in the vote.
